Description: Manufactures vertically-integrated semiconductor lasers. In-house epitaxy, wafer processing, and packaging enables consistent delivery of a range of standard and customer-specific product solutions. Chips, bars, array packages, and fiber-coupled devices are available with peak wavelengths from 770 nm to 1000 nm, and peak powers from 200 mW to 3 kW.
